Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
Work Arrangement: On-site, five days per week

Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure: Oversee SpeedLine’s IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, servers, workstations, and telecommunications.
- System Security: Ensure IT systems are secure, manage security access, and stay updated on cybersecurity threats.
- Support & Training: Manage the IT help desk, provide technical advice, and train new staff on IT systems.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and oversee asset tracking for software and hardware.
- IT Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on operations, procedures, and IT policies.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and implement contingency plans and data backup solutions to ensure continuous IT operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or relevant certification in IT or a related field
- Expertise in networking, operating systems, and security systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
